Job Description
- Canvass and procure construction materials.
- Monitor movement of construction materials from receiving to issuance.
- Coordinate with CMD (Construction Management Division) and UHD (Urban Housing Division) for requirements of the assigned project/s.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficient in using Ms Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Upholds integrity at all times.
- Can coordinate well, both internal and external.
- Local resident of Cebu city.
