Liaison Staff  

To ensure the transfer of Ownership of Titles and Tax Declaration into buyers name and Annotation of Deed of Assignment based on the agreed time frame.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer of ownership into buyer's name
  • BIR- Certificate Authorizing Registration
  • Registry of Deeds- Transfer of CCT
  • Assessor's Office- Transfer of tax declaration
• Annotion of Deed of Assignment & Contact to sell
• Secures Clearance, Assessment & Payment in Government offices:
  • Tax Clearance
  • Certified True copy of Tax Declaration
  • Certified True copy of CCT
  • Transfer tax certification
  • Certified True Copy of transfer tax
  • Transfer tax stamp signed by City Treasury
  • Transfer tax Assessment
  • Transfer tax payment
  • Real Property Tax Assessment
  • Real Property tax Assessment
• To monitor the status of accounts from time to time and giving updates to Liaison Officer and submit report.
• Giving updates & feedback about the changes in Government Offices such as new requirements, new implementing rules, new guidelines and other related cases and make the necessary assessment of any implications and to present recommendation.
• To oversee the daily activities of the Liaison Section in the absence of Liaison Officer.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field
• Has at least 1 year experience in Liaison or other related field
