Job Description
- Administer the entire bidding process from inviting accredited contractors in pre-bid meetings, to negotiation, until the issuance of contract.
- Review the contracts by coordinating with Legal department to ensure that it is valuable to the company.
- Monitor the progress of the services by working closely with the process engineers and project accountants.
- Ensure that contractors are paid right on time.
- Review and monitor the bonds/insurance coverage of contractors to minimize the risk exposure of the company.
- Evaluate the performance of subcontractors by gathering data based on identified criteria.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, or other related engineering courses.
- Must have at least 1-year experience in contract management or administration.
- Experience in construction is an advantage.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- With excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Upholds integrity at the workplace.
- Must be resourceful and come up with unbiased decision/assessment.
- Has good command of the English language, both oral and written.
