Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all Prism PR’s and PO’s (ALL Prism related activities either directly from PRISM or from the support services group of PPHC)
- To arrange meetings and consultations with various suppliers, contractors, and especially the needs of Prism
- To head procurement of owner-supplied materials of Prism – manage, source, scout, purchase
- Assist the Prism Operations team in all Prism purchasing/procurement needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have more than 3 years of experience with procurement/purchasing preferably in construction
- Business/Communications background
- Must be willing to go out of the office – visit suppliers, actual purchase of items in various stores around Metro Manila
- Team Player, self-starter
- Negotiating Skills
