Job Description
- Prepares design packages for Unit improvement
- Prepares detailed drawings, specifications, and other presentations for Unit Owner approval and Contract signing.
- Responsible for implementation of unit improvement contracts
- Ensures compliance of approved design and specifications as agreed upon with UO.
Minimum Qualifications
- Compute literate, good communication skills, multi-tasking skills
- Has experience in improvement design
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
