Job Description:
- Manage and supervise all contractors for all finishing works of the building not included in the building shell by ensuring strict implementation of all the established procedures of each of the finishing works as required and integrated into the PPHC IMS Manual
- Prepare and monitor the schedule aligned with the master project schedule for the implementation of all the finishing works.
- Supervise the construction of the clubhouse, guard house, entrance gate, and other amenities of the project.
- Prepare bill of materials, equipment schedule, and manpower loading
- Submit weekly accomplishment report containing the cost, quality,and safety of all finishing works
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- With at least 6 months work experience in the related field
- Can recommend improvements based on current industry practice
- Knowledgeable in CAD, estimating and manpower scheduling
- Has the ability to carry out tasks within the schedule
- Must be meticulous and keen on details
- Can work with a team and supervise workers
