Job Description
- Prepare required reports/disclosures of the Company and submit to the SEC and PSE
- Track the accomplishments of all compliance-related deliverables; monitor compliance across the organization
- Monitor changes in the organization, new laws/government policies and assure implementation
- Coordination with the SEC and PSE for all requirements and concerns
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any business course
- With at least two (2) years of work-related experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, self-starter and can work under minimum supervision
