Job Description
This position will be under PHINMA Energy Corporation
- Communicate Company's position to government decision-makers.
- Provide perspective and guidance on policy, product, legal, and regulatory issues to risk mitigate any issues that could impact the business.
- Provide studies on policy trends and competitive intelligence/information gathered from key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
- Represent the Company in court cases, ERC, DOE and other regulatory bodies
- Render legal advise and opinions on power industry issues
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor of Laws and a Bar Examination Passer.

With at least three (3) years of work-related experience preferably gained in the power/ utilities industry.

Can work independently and requires minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to influence and convince.

Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong; willing to travel from time to time
