Job Description
- Review invoices for proper approval, accuracy and appropriate account coding
- Issue manual checks, as needed.
- Offer consistent, fair and respectful customer interactions (both internal and external
customers). - Ensure quick response to customer questions and concerns.
- Provide back up for payroll processing.
- Processing and recording everyday transactions, and producing financial statements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee in Bookkeeping
- Organized; pays attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Willingness and ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in regard to all personnel issues
- Knows and promotes the cooperative principles and values.
- Takes initiative to identify, report and resolve problems before they escalate
