Job Description

Technical Requirements :

  • Have a great contact center application understanding and concept, preferably GENESYS application, or any other application such as Avaya, Cisco, Asterisk
  • Expert in system engineering for Windows and Linux
  • Experience in teamwork, verbal communication

General Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in any background of education
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Fast learning

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
    Defines objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality
  • Install and configuration Genesys application, including workflow or routing creation and IVR
  • Integrates Genesys with 3rd party applications such as: CTI, SFDC, CRM system, Middleware, etc
