Job Description
Technical Requirements :
- Have a great contact center application understanding and concept, preferably GENESYS application, or any other application such as Avaya, Cisco, Asterisk
- Expert in system engineering for Windows and Linux
- Experience in teamwork, verbal communication
General Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in any background of education
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fast learning
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Defines objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality - Install and configuration Genesys application, including workflow or routing creation and IVR
- Integrates Genesys with 3rd party applications such as: CTI, SFDC, CRM system, Middleware, etc
