Job Description/Functions

1) Recruitment

- able to tap all Recruitment sources in sourcing applicants

- end-to-end process (from manpower requirement processing, paper screening, phone interview, scheduling for final interview, background/reference checking to contract signing)

- 201 file updating and filing

- monitoring of requirements

- orientation of new hires

- able to meet and facilitate other manpower sources like agencies and headhunters

2) Compensation and Benefits

- monthly generation of government-mandated reports such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF and tax remittances

- updating government-mandated reports (esp. for updating status, change of employees' info, etc.)

- monitoring of loan deductions and chargeables

- preparation of sales incentives

- salary distortion and adjustment procedure

3) Timekeeping and Payroll

- weekly payroll

- semi-monthly payroll

- piece-rate payroll (weekly)

- monitoring of attendance, tardiness, leave applications

- distribution of payslips

- process payroll adjustment

4) Employee Relations

- handling company issues related to employees (employee-employer relationshp)

- facilitates investigation and follow procedures based on Labor Law and company code of conduct

- monitoring of infraction reports and issuance of memo for disciplinary action

- counseling employees

- spearheads activity by looking locations for Christmas party, annual company outing, etc.

- issuance of company memorandums

• Preferably female
• Psychology, Business Administration graduate or its equivalent
• Willing to work in Sucat Muntinlupa City
• Can start asap
• Must have knowledge on all facets of HR
