Job Description

Job Description:

  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising the Customer Service Group;
  • Ensuring proper and timely retrieval and processing of sales orders;
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction through efficient communication channels and addressing quickly & effectively the inquiries regarding the update of deliveries, order status, customer complaints, stock availability, and other pertinent issues and concerns of customers & salesmen.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be good in communication skills; both verbal & written,
  • Must have experience in customer service management,
  • Knowledge in SAP,
  • Has project management skills, and will be able to handle multi-tasking.
