- Undergraduate of an Industrial Engineering course
- Highly analytical
- Great attention to detail
- Math skills must be at least basic college graduate level
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel, Cad, Google Applications is an advantage
