CREW SCHEDULER

Crew Scheduling Division / Flight Operations Department

Conduct daily clearing, tracking and monitoring of published schedules of Flight Deck and Cabin Crew Personnel, in accordance with existing policies and procedures, CAAP regulations, marketing requirements and PAL-FASAP CBA provisions to provide optimal staffing levels to cater to the needs of operations.

Job Summary

• Allocates home reserve duties to all Flight Deck and Cabin Crew personnel with open schedules due to incidences of flight disruptions or leave absences to maximize crew utilization and meet operational requirements while satisfying the PAL-FASAP CBA provisions, Government Regulations and Company Policies.
• Monitors flight disruptions or aircraft changes and make the necessary adjustments in the concerned crew’s schedule by updating this in the tracking system and sending advisories to all crew affected by the changes.
• Monitors flight departures and arrivals to ensure that crew are on time to take their succeeding flight duties for an on time departure.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree preferably but not limited to majoring Industrial Engineering.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 1-year work experience in a corporate environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Multi-tasking – ability to perform more than one task at a time.
• Technical Orientation – can understand features and capabilities used and able to optimize results and benefits from the use of these facilities. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite.
