Job Description

The Website Sales Coordinator is responsible for the processing and delivery of all orders from www.ralphs.com.ph: an online e-commerce website specializing in the sales of alcoholic beverages and delivery of those products.

The ideal candidate is customer focused with strong communication skills and proficient computer skills.


  • Manages and conducts all website related sales of www.ralphs.com.ph from order processing to delivery with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinates with various departments such as logistics and retail Ralph’s stores for orders, inventory and delivery.
  • Informs clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Assists in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events and communicates with sales and digital marketing team.
  • Speaks to clients on the phone to verify orders and answer any questions they may have.
  • Keep track of inventories of store and warehouse as needed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Reports directly to Ralph's Operations Manager and Website Manager.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Sales/Marketing/Business/Computer Science related degree.
  • Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
  • Well-organized and responsible.
  • A team player who is able to communicate well with delivery staff, store clerks, inventory, and warehouse.
  • Willing to work night shift (5pm - 2 am).
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to needs of the position.
