Job Description
- Develop and create learning and development programs, processes and policies to meet the department set objectives and outcomes.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and propose learning solutions based on gaps in order to support employee gowth plans.
- Develop action plans to identify performance gaps of employees.
- Facilitate all pre and post training work activities such as logistics, tracking of trainees based on assessments.
- Facilitates company events and activities.
- Conducts new employee orientation.
- Collaborates with external organization for other training requirement needs which requires external facilitator.
- Updates and sends training reports to department heads and monitor training progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
- With experience working in the related field but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- With good interpersonal and communication skills, good research and presentation skills, willing to travel and customer-service oriented.
