Finance Assistant  

Summary

Responsible for keeping financial records, producing financial reports, providing financial support to PTSI staff, and understanding budgets.

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Supports the Finance Department by inputting financial data inan efficient, accurate and timely manner.
• Prepares financial documentation including vouchers/cheques,
• Ensures efficient and accurate books are maintained. andmonthly/quarterly/yearly reports are produced in a timely manner
• Ensures efficient, accurate and timely collation of finance information requested by senior colleagues.
• Extracts reports from the financial and administration systems to review the status of the budget and the adherence to financial policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree, CPA desirable.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Hands on experience in using Financial Systems, such as Peachtree.
• Analytical, systematic and strong numerical skills and great attention to details.
• Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to consistently meet.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player, good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, output oriented, flexible.
• Must be able to perform multi task and balance priorities.
• Good working knowledge of the relevant statutory compliance requirements (BIR/SEC/PCNC and government agencies).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
