Job Description
Job Summary: The Storekeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the storeroom/warehouse which includes but is not limited to, stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, purchasing, and related duties as required.
- Ensures that stored materials in the warehouse are kept clean and organized.
- Receives and shelves supplies/items; inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
- Keeps a record of stock and restock items, accordingly.
- Submits an accurate receiving report of items as well as inventory report to the IPC Staff.
- Ensures adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Assists in the counting of physical inventory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor's degree in any field
- Has at least two (2) years of experience as Storekeeper or relevant experience specializing in logistics/supply chain, warehousing, and inventory.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Database management skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license.

Philippine Telegraph & Telephone Corp. (“PT&T” or “Company”) was incorporated on November 1962. In 1964, the Company was granted its first legislative franchise under Republic Act No. 4161. PT&T is currently operating under a legislative franchise granted to it last 2016 under Republic Act No. 10894 allowing it to operate as a telecommunications company for the next 25 years.
