Job Description
Under the People and Culture Department, the HR Intern provides quality P&C compliance and administrative support to the P&C team.
- Assist in candidate sourcing and sorting of incoming resumes.
- Coordinates with job applicants for interviews.
- Aid in the management of the pre-employment process.
- Assist in the preparation and delivering of employee orientation and training.
- Assist with filing of documents and organization of 201 files.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must at least be taking up a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- No experience required.

Philippine Telegraph & Telephone Corp. (“PT&T” or “Company”) was incorporated on November 1962. In 1964, the Company was granted its first legislative franchise under Republic Act No. 4161. PT&T is currently operating under a legislative franchise granted to it last 2016 under Republic Act No. 10894 allowing it to operate as a telecommunications company for the next 25 years.

Subsequently, PT&T was able to provide data communications services to implement its expansion and improvement programs covering the installation, operation, and maintenance of an integrated digital network in the National Capital Region (NCR) including the national packet data network with the accompanying authority to charge rates for said service.
PT&T is currently embarking in a comprehensive improvement of all its existing facilities to provide a more reliable and stable internet connection.
