Job Description
- Manage the execution of the project activities in the implementing chapter
- Uphold cooperation and partnership between communities, project staff, and project partners
- Support the preparation of chapter-based monthly implementation plan and budget preparation
- Coordinate with technical counterparts in the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Department and project partners for planning and implementation of service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the project activities in the area to determine more areas for improvement
- Facilitate requirement and recommendations for project activities
- Organize the team of volunteer for maximization of resources, administrative tasks, information dissemination, and project implementation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health or related courses
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in community-based programs, developmental works and community organizing
- Experience in project development and community mobilization
- Preferably with work or volunteer experience in a humanitarian or developmental sector
