Job Description
The Knowledge Management Officer is expected to establish an effective knowledge management system and ensure documentation and sharing of Service Delivery Reports, quarterly reports, annual reports and Notice of Performance through knowledge management tools and database
Data Configuration
- Design and deliver a knowledge infrastructure for the organization to develop, capture and share best practices from its program/project initiatives and other works
- Oversee operationalizing of the Learning Frame to support continous improvement in project/program delivery results
- Work with the Monitoring and Evaluation team in preparing and analysing quantitiative and qualitative data
- Design and implement a structured dissemination plan for all information products and service and define standard operating procedures for clearing information products for release
Documentation
- Contribute to the integration of accurate and compelling data across PMER's external engagement platforms and collaterals
- Craft complelling impact narrative utilizing quantitative and qualitative data
Communication
- Responsible for knowledge dissemination and make sure that knowledge is flowing effiectively throughout the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Posesses relevant work experiences or similar role
- Strong knowledge and practice of Results Based Management (RBM)
- Good Information Technology (IT) skills
