Job Description
- Assist in the dissemination efforts of the chapter
- Formulatesplan and implements dissemination program for PRC and its Chapters and other concerned agencies, both government and non-government;
- Design dissemination training manual/modules for PRC Staff and volunteers and other concerned groups. Also prepares other dissemination materials that may be requested by other sister Red Cross Societies and PRC Chapters;
- Conduct dissemination (seminars, workshops, and lectures) among PRC Staff including Chapter Administrators, National and Chapter Field Representative;
- Hold special dissemination training/seminar among member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, members/suspected members of the opposition group, civilian groups;
- Coordinate closely with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Commission on Human Rights, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, colleges and universities and other concerned agencies for dissemination seminar, workshops/lecture
- Design audio/visual aids for dissemination trainings;
- Assist the managers in the implementation/preparation of the overall communication plan for PRC specifically with regard to the preparation of the PRC's various publication as per request
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Journalism, Mass Communication or related courses
- Minimum of 1-2 year experience in similar position
- Experienced in production of communication and publicity materials
- Knowledge of social media management platforms and tools
