Job Description
- Deliver in-depth system analysis and develops technical project to support PRC programs and services
- Provide general technical support and direction to employees
- Organize and conduct technical feasibility studies
- Liaise with internal departments to support program delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, ECE, CoE, IE, IME or related course
- 1 to 2 years work experience in programming and system administration
- Comprehensive understanding of server installation, LAN, VB, and VB.Net
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent business acumen, reporting and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
