Job Description
- Prepare request for quotations (RFQ)
- Prepare Comparative Bid Analysis of proposal submitted by the bidders
- Transmit Request for Quotation to suppliers thru fax, email or personal
- Handle constant follow up to suppliers regarding Request for Quotation
- Ensures bids submitted complies with the format and received on time
- Consolidate and review (coordinate suppliers concerning their submitted quotation)
- Make necessary arrangement for the BAC meetings, Pre-bid Conference and Opening and Deliberation of Bids
- Processing and routing of papers to the signing and approving authorities (monitor status of the procurements routed for approval)
- Scan approved memo request for bidding together with requisition from (RIV) and coordinate requesting office concerning request ensuring all documents are complete
- Updating Suppliers list
Minimum Qualifications
Facilitate request for quotation of PRC Chapters and NHQ by gathering quotations to suppliers and prepare comparative table for comparison and assist Head BAC Secretariat for the procurement of RA 9184 “ Government Procurement Act”.
- Graduate of four (4) year courseStrong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
