Job Description
Responsible to the overall coordination and implementation of the Disaster Management Services recovery projects
- Supervise the Project Team Leaders and ensure the timely and effective implementation of the project
- Recommend and facilitate requirements for the project activitites
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the project activities to determine areas of improvement and best practices
- Prepare weekly Situation and Accomplishment Report
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related courses
- At least 2 years’ work experience in project/program development and management
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer is an advantage
- Experience in community-based programs
- Skilled in technical writing and reporting
