Job Description
- Does detailed accounts analysis with corresponding monthly recapitulations/ summaries.
- Prepares the following:
- General subsidiary ledger’s balances.
- Schedule of account requiring and/ or correcting entries.
- Undertakes first-hand recording, sortingof financial transaction on prescribed book of accounts.
- Coordinates with Staff and Officers concerned regarding liquidation’s of working sub-advances, prompt accomplishment of reimburse field expenses vouchers.
- Advises Head of Office through pertinent annotation on entries for baseline reference and appropriate basis for action.
- Assists In the preparation of the Chapter/ Office annual budget proposal, by making compiled bookkeeping records a reference.
- Performs such other duties and function as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Accountancy.
- 1-2 years of working experience.
