Job Description
- Conduct project assessment and develop methodologies, processes and key activities in achieving project key outcomes
- Deliver project outputs, reports, assessment tools and other relevant project documents
- Review Philippine Red Cross (PRC) policies and guidelines and other related documents for the development of Emergency Field Hospital (EFH) sustainability plan
- Provide technical support to Philippine Red Cross both in National Headquarters and local chapters in the development of the plans
- Support in overseeing implementation of activities related to Emergency Field Hospital (EFH) sustainability
- Conduct internal reviews, workshops and evaluations
- Provide a quarterly report and deliverables as part of the project monitoring
- Support in the development of (EFH) sustainability plan
- Review the existing PRC medical protocol on Health Emergency Response and related disaster response operational guidelines
- Map the availability and skills of health professionals
- Review Philippine law and medical jurisprudence relative to disaster response and healthcare delivery
- Lead in the development of EFH guidelines and protocols
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Public Health or related courses
- Experience in the operations and management of Field Hospital
- Familiarity in disaster response in the Philippine context
- Experience working with the Emergency Health Sectors
- Preferably with acquired working experience with the Philippine Red Cross or within the Red Cross and Red Crescent (RCRC) movement
