Job Description
Position Purpose: To support the Blood Services and employee medical programs of the Philippine Red Cross national Blood Center.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Conducts counselling and a physical exam with blood donors.
- Provides post donation counselling and management.
- Facilitates a safe blood donation process.
- Supervises and provides technical knowledge and assistance to Blood Centre staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course related.
- Licensed Medical Doctor.
- Preferrably with coaching and management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
