Job Description

A. Human Resource Operations

  • Appraise accuracy of the Human Resource Information System
  • Evaluate the Compensation and Benefits Program for equitability and implementability.
  • Develop Employee Relations policies and standards
  • Create work-life balance for Employee Wellness
  • Apply Employer Branding Methods

B. Human Resource Development

  • Evaluate the Performance Management System
  • Appraise Training and Development Programs
  • Employ Quality Management Principles of the Organization
  • Evaluates workforce capability of the Organization
  • Advises on workforce planning and staffing

C. Human Resource Leadership

  • Manage Performance of Human Resource Managers
  • Mentors and coaches HR Personnel
  • Recommend system, structural, policy, and process changes for the continuous improvement of the organization

D. Others

  • Reviews Human Resource Document such as but not limited to the following: [Appointment Recommendations, Leaves 3-15 days below, Notices of Personnel Action, Trainings Recommendation, Contract Renewal Extensions, Acknowledgement Receipts, Resigning Employees, Action on Erring Employees]
  • From time to time may be assigned other work that is relevant to or in support of organizational objectives and goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications/Minimum Education: Master’s Degree Level in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Social Sciences.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5-years Managerial Role
  • Minimum 2-years Human Resource Leadership
  • Preferred work experience in non-government and humanitarian organization,
