Job Description
- Develop and plan resource generating programs & activities with guidance and support from Chapter Administrator.
- Promote and champion resource generation and membership programs and activities within the community.
- Coach & mentor volunteers to support resource-generating activities and membership programs.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of membership and resource generating programs and activities.
- Ensure programs and activities adhere to Philippine Red Cross guidelines & standards.
- Evaluate current programs and activities.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to existing programs and activities.
- Coordinate staff & volunteers to support program and activity implementation
- Support Chapter operations and activities as requested by the Chapter Administrator.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course in Marketing, Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 1-year experience in resource generation
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships within and external to the Philippine Red Cross
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Collaborates with team members to achieve shared outcomes.
- Flexibility and willingness to contribute outside standard office hours.
- Ability to make decisions in-line with the organization.
