Job Description
- Work with the Disaster Preparedness and Risk and Reduction (DPRR) and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Units and the Partners for Resilience proejct team in monitoring and providing feedback on the project
- Support team to ensure the project beneficiaries and communities are consulted as part of programme design, implementation, monitoring and reviews of programmes
- Support the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans for each program component including refining and developing indicators for measuring outputs and outcomes
- Develop tools including surveys, checklist and guidelines for the collection, collation and reporting of data
- Oversee and output tracking and beneficiary databse
- Undertake monitoring visits to program sites, validate the information being collected and supported field team in the collection of information
- Lead the project reviews and support with the design and implementation of internal/external surveys, end-line evaluations and lessons learned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Public/Business Administration, Statics or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in similar position
- Understanding of Philippine Red Cross Operations, Strategy and Objectives required.
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred or with similar humanitarian/international organization.
