Job Description
To assist in the implementation of the Community-based DRR Project in Ilocos Norte delivered by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in partnership with the German Red Cross (GRC)
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating necessary requirements in the implementation of the project activities at Ilocos Sur Chapter
- Process the relevant administrative and financial document for procurement, project activities, travels, etc.
- Facilitate the timely allocation and delivery of resources needed for the project implementation
- Check vouchers and financial expenses and keep record of the transactions and documents based on the PRC protocol
- Ensure and maintains proper and systematic filing system of the project documentation and reports
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development or
- Minimum of 1 year experience in community-based program or project development
- Experience working with local or international non-government organizations is an advantage
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
- Preferably general knowledge on logistics and procurement processes
