Job Description
To coordinate and manage the strategic implementation of Philippine Red Cross (PRC) services & programs delivered through Chapter. The Assistant Secretary General will act as a central liaison between Chapters and National Headquarters (NHQ) with a focus on uniformity, professionalism and sustainability.
- Acts a central liaison between PRC NHQ and Chapter.
- Advocates for and represent Chapters at NHQ regarding service delivery.
- Monitors and evaluates implementation and service delivery for effectiveness and consistency.
- Acts as Overall Special Disaster Operations Coordinator when required ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder preferably with Master’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Public Administration or related courses preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive or managerial position.
- Experience working with local and/or international non-government organizations preferred.
