Job Description
To manage the delivery of overall corporate policy ranging from resource generation, finance, human resources, logistics and asset management. Forecasting and budgeting will be crucial to ensure that the Corporate and Business Service team can enable the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) to meet its mission and objectives.
Provide strategic direction to PRC’s Corporate & Business Services
- Forecast and control the PRC’s financial affairs
- Direct and review all the financial reports
- In-charge of the long-term strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development plans and policies
- Direct the long-term strategic resource generation and campaign of the PRC
- Ensure technical logistics, procurement and information policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder preferably with Master’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Public Administration or related courses preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive or managerial position
- Experience working with local and/or international non-government organizations preferred
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
