Job Description
- Manages cash flow, dependant on Chapter requirements.
- Calculates and reports cash transactions on a daily basis.
- Receives and processes the following:
- Payment from customers.
- PRC donations.
- Supports customers and donors within the Chapter.
- Answers Chapter's phone, and offers assistance as required.
- Does filing and recordkeeping as required.
- Supports the Chapter Administrator with administration tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- 1 year field-related experience.
- Demonstrates proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational ability.
