Job Description
- Program planning and implementation
- Organize, prepare, conduct training and dissemination information on Red Cross services
- Monitor and evaluate program implemented within the chapter to ensure successful delivery of the services in target communities
- Consult with the Chapter Management and coordinate with the Chapter staff and volunteers to ensure an organized and collaborated delivery programs along with the other services
- Consult with the offices at National Headquarters to keep abreast of developments and to keep chapter service activities in line with their plans and activities with the prior approval of Chapter Manager
- Prepare monthly and annual comprehensive accomplishment report for submission to the Chapter Administrator and National Headquarters
- Seek for the improvements of service deliveries through sound recommendations, suggestions, proposals and innovations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration or other related courses
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Resource Generation or similar role
- Philippine Red Cross volunteers and staff members are preferred.
- Engagement with local or international non-government organizations is an advantage
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
