Job Description
- Distributes, releases, and issues memos, checks, etc.
- Performs table arrangements.
- Preparation, on time endorsement, proper, and organized filing of DTRs of personnel
- Prepare, write or draft, type official communications
- Proper and correct filing official communications
- Answer, record, proper and correct endorsement and accommodate phone calls
- Prepare, record, proper and correct endorsement, facilitate, proper and organized filing of incoming and outgoing mails for easy retrieval of records
- Monitor, print, facilitate, proper and correct endorsement, proper, and organized filing of all incoming and outgoing electronic mails for easy retrieval of records
- Proper labeling and segregation of office files and records
- Secure and update filing of credentials of 201 file of personnel
- Inventory, requisition, utilization of approved office supplies
- Keep accurate list of official data capturing forms per area and the timely and cost-effective photocopying of such copies as needed by each area/section
- 0 incidence of valid complaints that a form is unavailable due to failure to recopy such needed forms
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Able to speak English and Filipino
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office.
