Job Description
- Check the accuracy of figures and calculations pertaining to transactions recorded by other workers
- Review transactions/documents by checking proper attachments as required and free from errors.
- Classify and identify the transaction to appropriate accounts.
- Records and post transactions using computerized system implemented by the Organization to keep financial records updated.
- Filing and ensuring the safety of all documents
- Help in the preparation of audit schedules to ensure the completion of a timely audit
- Perform other task required by immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
- Being flexible and patient
- Being able to work independently or with a team.
- Good communications skills
- Organizational Skills
- Being able to use computers effectively.
- Willingness to complete all required Red Cross Training.
