Job Description
- Directly coordinate with the respective representative assigned to the project.
- Comply with PRC Code of Conduct and RCRC Security and Safety Protocols.
- Prepare and submit weekly Situation and Accomplishment Report to the Chapter Administrator.
- Facilitate requirements and make recommendation for project activities.
- Facilitate arrangement and coordination for special activities as required by the National Headquarters through the DMS.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the activity to determine more areas for improvement and best practices.
- Systematically coordinate chapter project staff to ensure that all project activities are deliver within scheduled time.
- Organize the project team for maximization of resources, as well as information dissemination and implementation.
- Guide the subordinates and provides open communication and feed backing.
- Ensure timely submission of necessary information and reports to the National Headquarters.
- Coordinate with the team members for planning and implementation of service delivery or activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related courses.
- At least 2 years of work experience in developmental project and program management.
- Preferably with experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer.
