Job Description
- Manage the implementation of the “Partners for Resilience Project" in Surigao del Norte delivered by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in partnership with the Netherlands Red Cross.
- Prepare the chapter level project implementation plan and budget.
- Guide and supervise chapter project staff on the technical requirements of the project.
- Ensure that all chapter level activities are timely undertaken and project fund allocation is maximized.
- Establish coordination links at the provincial, municipal, and barangay level for project partnership.
- Monitor the progress of the chapter level implementation of all project activities through site visits, meeting with the chapter staff, volunteers, and project partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Community Development, or other related courses.
- At least 2 years of experience in program/project management in a similar setting.
- Preferably with experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer.
- Working knowledge and background in public health, community development, and project management.
- Engagement with local or international non-government organizations is an advantage
