Job Description
- Perform program planning and implementation.
- Implement approve programs.
- Organize, prepare, and conduct trainings and dissemination information on Red Cross services.
- Monitor and evlauate program implemented within the chapter to ensure successful delivery of the services in target comunities.
- Consult with the Chapter Management and coordinate with the chapter staff and volunteers to ensure an organized and collaborated delivery programs along with the other services.
- Consult with the offices at National Headquarters to keep abreast of developments and to keep chapter service activities in line with their plans and activities with the prior approval of Chapter Administrator.
- Prepare monthly and annual comprehensive accomplishment report for submission to the Chapter Administrator and National Headquarters.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to:
- Build and maintain productive working relationships within and outside of Philippine Red Cross.
- Make decisions in line with the organizational goals and values.
- Manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborates with team members to achieved shared outcomes.
- Flexible and willing to contribute outside office hours.
