Job Description
- Ensure reserve stock of supplies and commodities through systematic requisitioning and issuance
- Ensure approved supplies, materials, commodities and equipment are procured and properly allocated
- Implement and supervise the systematic and regular physical inventory
- Manage the control in assets, equipment and suplpies
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops and other special events
- Support the preparation of budget activity and draft minutes of the meetings
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of bachelor’s degree course
- Minimum of 2 years’ similar experience in project development and management or developmental work
- Previous engagement with local or international non-government organizations is an advantage
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
- Familiarity with the PRC structures, protocols and procedures is an advantage
