Job Description
- Perform a minimum of 200 blood extractions for the whole contract duration.
- Ensure 0% error and accident rate within the laboratory.
- Perform accurate intervention and management to blood donors with adverse reactions.
- Submit laboratory reports to CA, NHQ, and DOH on time on a monthly basis.
- Assist clients and answer any related questions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
- Licensed Medical Technologist.
- Minimum of one (1) year professional experience in blood banking.
- Preferably with volunteer experience in Philippine Red Cross.
- In-depth knowledge in providing information of all major services being offered.
- Demonstrated ability to respond and resolve clients' requests and concerns.
- Highly skilled in providing prompt and friendly customer service.
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, etc.
