Job Description
- Review and recommend enhancements to existing RCY training programs, activities, and strategies.
- Create and develop new strategies with a focus on sustainability.
- Ensure all programs and activities meet the needs of audiences nationally.
- Strive to increase and maintain RCY numbers in line with Chapter goals, targets, and objectives.
- Build and maintain effective networks and relationships with Community Leaders, Universities, Colleges, Schools, Associations, etc.
- Create and develop new training programs tailored to a RCY audience.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to RCY members.
- Deliver volunteer training programs in line with Philippine Red Cross goals, targets, and objectives.
- Coordinate and support RCY events, workshops, and camps.
- Monitor the progress and success of strategies, programs, and activities aimed at RCY.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements.
- Deliver reports regarding RCY.
- Assist the Chapter Administrator and wider team with Chapter operations, activities, special projects, and assignments as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 years of experience in training or facilitation.
- Preferably experienced with PRC as a staff member or volunteer or in a similar humanitarian organization.
- Preferably with understanding of RCY programs and goals.
- Project management or coordination experience and advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
