Job Description
- Develop and plan voluntary blood donation programs and activities.
- Promote and champion voluntary blood donation programs and activities in the community.
- Coach & mentor volunteers to support Blood Service programs and activities.
- Build and maintain effective networks and relationships with partners and community leaders to support program & activity implementation.
- Ensure programs and activities adhere to Philippine Red Cross guidelines and standards, Philippine Law, Local Government & Municipality law and standards.
- Evaluate current programs and activities and identify and recommend enhancements.
- Support Chapter & National Headquarters with preparation of reporting by supplying accurate & timely data & information for monthly and annual reporting.
- Support Chapter operations and activities as requested by the Chapter Administrator/Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Medical Technologist
- Has atleast one year experience as Medical Technologist, preferably in Blood Bank
- Ability to make decisions in-line with organizational goals and values.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborates with team members to achieve shared outcomes.
- Flexibility and a willingness to contribute outside standard office hours.
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationship within and external to the Philippine Red Cross.
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
