Job Description
- Directly reports to the SRC Country Representative in Manila
- Direct coordination with the respective representative assigned to the project.
- Constant coordination with partner.
- Comply with PRC Code of Conduct and RCRC Security and Safety Protocols.
- Prepare and submit weekly Situation and Accomplishment Report to the Chapter Administrator and SRC Country Representative.
- Facilitates requirements and make recommendation for project activities;
- Facilitates arrangement and coordination for special activities as required by the National Headquarters through the DMS.
- Monitors and evaluates the implementation of the activity to determine more areas for improvement and best practices;
- Systematically coordinates chapter project staff to ensure that all project activities are deliver within scheduled time;
- Organizes the project team for maximization of resources, information dissemination and implementation;
- Guides the subordinates and provides open communication and feed backing;
- Ensure timely submission of necessary information and reports to the National Headquarters
- Coordinates with the team members for planning and implementation of service delivery or activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate equivalent of four or five year's course of any Bachelor Degree
- Minimum two years experience in Project Development and Management
- Familiar with the PRC structures, protocols and procedures (at least two years volunteer experienced with PRC is an advantage)
