Job Description
- Manage cash flows dependent on Chapter requirements.
- Calculate and report cash transactions on a daily basis.
- Receive and process payments.
- Receive and process PRC donation.
- Support customers and donors within the Chapter.
- Answer Chapter phone and offer assistance as required.
- Do filing and record keeping as required.
- Support the Chapter Administrator with administration task as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably, a graduate of a 4-year course in any of the following:
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Other related fields
- 1-year work related experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Excellent organizational ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to make decisions in line with the organizational goals and values.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve shared outcomes.
- Flexible and willing to contribute outside office hours.
- Ability to demonstrate confidentiality on behalf of employees.
