Job Description
To provide financial management support and guidance to staff working on American Red Cross (AmCross) supported programs and activities delivered in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross (PRC)
- Manage and coordinate the financial operations and management of the American Red Cross Delegation in the Philippines
- Coordinate the delegation budget & support project teams in delivery and management of budgets
- Evaluate and provide recommendations regarding project financial, administrative & operational status
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting regarding financial and administrative operations
- Conduct finance monitoring visits including validation & analysis of reporting
- Provide administrative support to the American Red Cross Delegation including coordination of project related purchases & inventory control
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Accounting or related courses
- Minimum 3 years work experience in financial management required
- Experience working for the Philippine Red Cross or similar humanitarian organization in a financial management role preferred
- Proficiency with accounting applications, systems and tools including Microsoft Office
