Job Description

  • Develop and deliver advocacy and lobbying agenda and positions of PRC-IHL office for different audiences such as academe, government and non-government.
  • Develop advocacy messages and/or materials (i.e. Presentations, Policy Briefs etc.) in consultation with the head of the IHL office in coordination with the IHL committee and ICRC.
  • Liaise and seek to influence GO and NGO
  • Lobby for passage of the emblem bill at the HOR and Senate

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree/Units in Law
  • Familiarity with legislative process of legislative branch of the government
  • Must be confident in dealing with high-level official of the government and delivering the advocacies and lobbying agenda and positions of the PRC with the intentions of influencing them
  • Attend the basic TOD
