Job Description
- Collaborate with the respective Project Coordinator in developing strategies and proposals to promote and intensify Disaster Nursing
- Prepare overall project implementation plan and facilitate preparation of chapter-based implementation plan and budget for the Health Services and National Headquarters approval
- Ensure establishment of functional chapter Project Units and integration of the project in the chapter operational plan
- Monitor the progress in chapter level implementation of all project activities
- Provide technical and coaching sessions and professional development activities with the chapter staff and volunteers related to project activities
- Liaise with all key players including National Headquarters offices, chapters and partner organizations during the implementation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Nursing, Public Health, Allied Health or related courses
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in community-based project development and management
- Engagement with local or international non-government organizations is an advantage
- Experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
